
To Reden my son; digest this slowly:
"Learn to become observant & watchfulBe a witness and don't concentrate, just.. Observe and watch, The more watchful that the observant become,
The internal chatter will become less and less.. A clear mind will bring peace and happiness;
And ultimately: enlightenment of 'the witness' The awareness meditation:
First: to become aware of the body and the five senses. Then; expand the awareness to watch the thoughts... And go deeper; learn to observe the feelings and emotions. Finally, we begin to become aware of our own awareness. Becoming a witness, The Witness! This is the insight. The primal awareness. The path of freedom. This is the real vipassana..."
